1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Made4Trades mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by Made4Trades Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By accessing or using the App, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the App.
2.2 Account Creation: You will be required to create an account to use the features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Permitted Use: The App is intended for use by tradespeople for business purposes, such as:

3.1 Ownership: The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2 Use of Content: You may use the App and its content solely for your own business purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not:
4.1 Data Collection and Use: We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
4.2 Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted over the internet
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the App and all its features until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be processed after the cancellation takes effect.
5.2 As an alternative to cancellation, you may choose to pause your subscription. Pausing reduces your monthly cost and allows you to retain limited access to the App in view-only mode. You will not be able to make any changes or updates to your data during the pause period
5.3 We retain customer data for a period of 12 months following cancellation. This allows you to easily reinstate your subscription and resume using the App with all your previous data intact.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Term.
